The pencil is in your hands
People were brought to Earth to make an impact; each one of us serves a different purpose for being here. We encounter loss, heartbreak, and challenges—and with each endeavor, we risk losing our true selves. Who we are and what we believe in shows one's values. The actions or disciplines we practice determine our true character. We are all characters in one big, never-ending movie that is put on for the creators of this Earth. They sit aside, watching our thoughts and behaviors to judge whether or not we are worthy.
I fear myself sometimes, although it is irrational to ever believe we will be perfect. Perfection is impossible, but the strive for excellence is necessary. The bigger picture is that we are all one huge organism—each person or thing resembles tiny cells inside of this living planet. Each cell is similar, but yet all uniquely different.
One thing is for certain—we are all here to serve each other! Each encounter we share brings people together. When we form bonds within the cells on Earth, we make the planet a healthier place. The skies resemble our limitations here—there are none. We forever grow until we simply don't.
Character counts. Who we choose to be, become, and what we choose to do is ultimately what defines us. Character is the sum of all of your actions—not one act is the determining factor of who you are. Actions can be reversed in seconds, but that takes effort and accountability. The character you play or have been playing does not need to be the one you ride with for a lifetime.
If you are unhappy with who you are—what’s stopping you from making a change? What is stopping you from waking tomorrow a completely different you? Who is to say you are incapable of making such a change? Evolution is what brought us here, and I would say we are in a pretty good place. Do not fear change—rather, embrace it! Our character is the sum of all of our actions throughout our lifetime. Remember that. We are all uniquely special.
